Visual Weight: Finding Aesthetic Differences is a semester long project on the song, A Girl Like You by Edwyn Collins. The given brief was to create a
book or poster as a response to the data visualization of the song.
The purpose was to analyzing the colour differences and differing moods in the 2 music videos, to identify what make the producers change their decision in the art direction. The publication was also made to look as if it was a released CD album of the song.

The Centrepiece
In the middle of the publication is the centrepiece, and data visualization of both music videos in contrast to one another. Every unit represents one second of the song, and in every second, it shows the percentage of colour in each frame of the picture taken.
